Walk to the majestic ocean beach and Pacific Pines State Park from this comfortable, two-bedroom home in Ocean Park, where the very best of the Long Beach Peninsula waits at your fingertips.
This home sits half a mile from public beach access on 280th Street and three-quarters of a mile from Pacific Pines, a 10-acre expanse that's ideal for birding, fishing, shellfish hunting, and watching the sunset. Leadbetter Point State Park is to the north while Cape Disappointment, Long Beach, and Ilwaco are south, with scenic stretches of ocean coast along the way.
After a day spent beachcombing or golfing, you'll be greeted back at home by a grassy yard, a covered patio with a gas grill, and an outdoor firepit where you can gather for tales of the day's adventures. The interior is open and sunny, beginning with a living room that features a gas fireplace and a cable TV with streaming capability. The living room opens to an airy kitchen, a breakfast bar, and an eat-in dining table. Of the two bedrooms, each has its own smart TV as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located in Ocean Park, this vacation home is in a rural area. Surfside Golf Course and Port of Ilwaco are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Pacific Pines State Park and Loomis Lake State Park. Adelaide's Books and Coffee and Long Beach Carnival Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
