Our lovely beach house has an unobstructed view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room as well as from covered deck. The beach is just across the street with public beach access. It is very light airy feel inside. A 9' sliding panel glass door has been installed beach side. The kitchen has been remodeled with new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, granite counter tops, backsplash, breakfast bar and a second drink fridge downstairs. New furniture and beds in all rooms, flat screen TV in the living room and one bedroom. New lighting throughout. Welcome to the "new feel" 82 E 2nd Street. Make yourselves feel at home. Located on the corner of East Second Street and Concord Street. This home is right across the public beach access and is just a few blocks from the center of the island, with restaurants, shops and mini golf. Enjoy an evening walk to local restaurants, shops, pier and entertainment.

Amenities include: HVAC, Internet outside shower, washer/dryer, downstairs 2nd fridge, WIFI, 1 54" flat screen TV, , outside sink, bar, seating area, fire pit in the backyard, grill and picnic table, 2 covered porches The backyard is fenced in and lends itself for a relaxing BBQ on the newly installed river rock ground. With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths this home will accommodate 8 guests. Plenty of parking The bedrooms are: 1K shares bath with 1Q; 1K shares bath with 1Bnk. (Jack & Jill baths)
