114 East First St Ocean Isle Beach 114EE - This expansive oceanfront duplex awaits you and your party! Featuring 8 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, this home sleeps 20 comfortably. Each bedroom will enjoy the privacy of their own bath. You and your guests will enjoy the large decks and seating areas arranged to take in the amazing views of the beach and beyond. Take a dip in the 35 foot in ground swimming pool that is shared with the other side of the duplex.This duplex is centrally located on the island and within walking distance to the pier and putt-putt. This beach home is perfect for a large family ready to enjoy a beach vacation. It is part of our linen program meaning all beds will be made and bath towels are provided. All you need to bring is beach & pool towels! * New for 2026* Newly remodeled walkway to the beach complete with a sitting area, enlarged living room, an oceanfront den upstairs, as well as 2 new bedrooms and an added shared jack-n-jill full bath with a standup shower, and finally a newly remodeled kitchen with brand new cabinets and countertops.
