Welcome to "High Tide" a gorgeously built beach house designed for the perfect family getaway! This stunning 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home is just a 2 minute walk from the beach, offering the ideal blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience for your next vacation.

With an elevator providing easy access to every floor, "High Tide" is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and ease. The private pool area is a true oasis, complete with an outdoor bar and shower, and a hammock for lounging by the pool. On the first floor, you'll find a cozy pull-out queen sofa, mini fridge, wet bar, and French doors that lead to a spacious open deck perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze. The second floor boasts a large open living area with breathtaking ocean views from the kitchen, living room, and deck. The open kitchen and family room are ideal for gathering everyone together for delicious family dinners or unwinding after a day of fun at the beach. BEACH ACCESS_ The closest beach access is located at the end of Durham st, approximately a 2 minute walk! Just come out the house and take a right onto E Third st, then take a right onto Durham st. From there it’s a straight shot!

Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the front entrance. These devices record video and/or audio and do not monitor any interior spaces.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.
CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any administrative fee, credit card processing fee, cancellation fee, and any associated taxes on said fees that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
