Welcome to "Sun Kissed," a pristine, newly built beach house designed for ultimate relaxation and fun. This stunning 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home located just a short walk from the beach is the perfect getaway for families and friends alike.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis, complete with a pool, lounge chairs, outdoor bar, outdoor shower, and even a putting green and space for cornhole. Whether you're sunbathing by the pool or enjoying a game of cornhole, there's something for everyone to enjoy. The house also features an elevator for easy access to all floors, making it convenient for guests of all ages.
On the first floor, you'll find a cozy queen-size sleeper sofa, a foosball table for entertainment, and a deck with a beautiful water view, a perfect spot to unwind. The second floor boasts an open kitchen and living area, ideal for gathering the family for dinner or a relaxing evening. The deck off this level provides more space for lounging and enjoying the coastal breeze.

A propane grill is available for all your barbecue needs, and we've included all the beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, and toys to make your beach days effortless and fun.

The den area includes a couch that pulls out into a Queen.

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is located at the end of Charlotte st, approximately a 4 minute walk. Just come out the house and take a right onto E Fourth st, then take another right on Charlotte st, follow to the end and you’re there!

Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the front entrance and driveway. These devices record video and/or audio and do not monitor any interior spaces.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.
CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any administrative fee, credit card processing fee, cancellation fee, and any associated taxes on said fees that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
