GUESTS MUST NOTIFY THE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT 1 WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL TO SCHEDULE HEATING. IN THE EVENT OF HEAVY WIND OR RAIN, WE CAN NOT ENSURE POOL HEATERS WILL KEEP TEMPERATURE CONSISTENT.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
This five-bedroom, five-bath home is located right across the street from the beach and is just a quick two-minute walk to the beach access. You will also be able to enjoy the amazing OIB sunrises and sunsets by taking a short walk up to the ocean-facing "Widow's Peak."

This family-friendly retreat is thoughtfully equipped to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay for everyone. We provide all linens and bath towels so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your trip. Each of the 5 bedrooms is easily accessible by elevator and stairs. All bedrooms also have an attached bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower, for easy access for all family members!

Family dinners will be a breeze in our brand-new, fully stocked, stainless steel kitchen. There's a large island, so everyone can get their hands dirty. Feeling more like BBQ? Don't worry; we've got you covered there as well! Out by the pool, you have a propane grill with plenty of space to cook up your family's favorites!
Our prime location offers easy access to shopping and the pristine beach, allowing you to explore and enjoy the area with ease. For your days on the sand, we've included all the beach essentials you'll need, such as chairs, umbrellas, and toys, making your beach outings effortless and fun. HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
