Between the living area and the family room, the nautical-themed home office provides a desk and a quiet place to check email or plan the day's activities.

This single-level vacation rental occupies the entire top floor of a two-story duplex. An elevator is available. The backyard and pool are shared with the downstairs rental.
The pool is closed from October 1 through May 1.
There is an outdoor shower that is shared with unit B.
