Searching for a great place to spend time with your family at the Jersey Shore? Our family’s single-family vacation home comes with everything you need for a perfect, relaxing vacation just steps to the beach and boardwalk.

Superb location in the center of “America’s Greatest Family Resort.” This 2,400 square-foot gem is one block from the 12th Street boardwalk entrance and the beautiful life-guarded beach.

There is plenty of room to relax and play on the first floor which features a large living room, bonus den, eat-in kitchen, dining room, half bathroom and separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Step outside to a private, fenced, ground level patio with an outdoor dining table, seating and BBQ gas grill.

Our home’s second floor offers 5 quiet, comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private balcony with views of Ocean City’s famous boardwalk, its own full bathroom, as well as a desk, chair and television.
This home has a fully equipped kitchen, two-zone central air conditioning, wireless internet (WIFI), 6 televisions.

With parking at a premium in this area our home offers off-street parking so you can fit up to 2 cars in the driveway for the week and walk to everything that Ocean City has to offer. Additional non-metered on street parking is directly in front of the house.

During your stay, be sure to enjoy all that the boardwalk has to offer including amusement parks with rides and attractions for all ages, a water park, miniature golf courses, arcades, shops and restaurants. Rent bikes or enjoy a family surrey ride, fly a kite, or just eat ice cream while watching the sunset. Ocean City, NJ is a GREAT family vacation destination!!

Minimum stay – 7 nights. Rents with a Saturday 3 pm check-in to Saturday 10am check-out.

Renters must include a responsible adult over the age of 30 who will occupy the property. Please note – this property is NOT available for school, prom, senior week or other large groups. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of contract and/ or subject to additional fees.

Guests must provide their own bed linens, sheets, pillow cases, towels, soap, shampoo, tissues, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry/dish washing detergent (this is standard for Ocean City rentals). We can refer you to a linen delivery service, if desired. We provide pillows, comforters, blankets, and basic cleaning supplies.

Located in Central, a neighborhood in Ocean City, this vacation home is near a water park and near the beach.
