The first master bedroom is ocean front on the third level. The children's room is also on the third level (above the living or main level), and the master suite is on the fourth floor with a private bath. There is parking for two cars, one car in a private carport, and the second parking space in lot. Building offers outdoor pool. Direct access to the beach with steps leading from deck down to beach.
