Beachwalk II 7 is a splendid four bedroom, two 1/2 bath midtown townhome located oceanfront on 86th street in Ocean City, Maryland. Immersed in beachy hues throughout, this property has the simple style and charm you want and the amenities you need. Two ground level living areas with smart TV's provide plenty of room for your guests to gather - the eastern side opening up to a deck with ample seating for your guests to relax and even dine while breathing in the soothing ocean air and watching the undulating waves. Three additional balconies are adjacent to upper bedrooms for early morning sneak peaks of the sunrise! The fully-equipped kitchen on the ground level makes it a breeze to create your favorite family dishes and two dining tables are available for indoor or outdoor dining. You will be able to easily head out to the beach and return during the day by using the dune crossing located right in front of the townhouse. Beachwalk II is close to shopping and notable restaurants including Ropewalk, Victoria's Seafood and Crabs, Layton's at 92nd and more. Sleeping up to 11 guests, bedding includes king beds in the first and second bedrooms, a queen and a twin in bedroom three, two twins in the fourth bedroom and two twins in the ground level den. A washer/dryer is provided in the home for your convenience.
Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase if you wish and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This property rents Saturday to Saturday only.
Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
