There is a generously sized, fully equipped modernized kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plus a large breakfast bar and dining area. The first level of the townhome offers a spacious sleeper den with a queen sleeper sofa, TV, ceiling fan, deck just steps from the dock and canal, plus a split full bath (shower with glass doors on one side separated from the sink & toilet on the other side). The 2nd level features hardwood floors throughout and features the kitchen, dining area, living room with a nicely sized balcony, and a half bath. Owner provides two coffee makers to accommodate your guests, both a Keurig & a Cuisinart grind & brew. The bedrooms can be found on the 3rd level - the primary with a king bed, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, a private bath with double vanity sinks, stand alone glass shower and private balcony for two, the 2nd bedroom with a queen sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, & closet, and the 3rd with a twin over a full trundle, TV and closet. This level also features a hall bath with shower/tub combination. Note the washer and dryer are also located on this level. There is garage parking for 1 vehicle, 1-driveway and 1- street parking. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure.
