Fully equipped Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, K-cup Coffee Maker and Blender. 55" LED HD smart TV in the Living Room with streaming capabilities. Master Bedroom and Living Room are equipped with ceiling fans. Unit has Xfinity X1 Comcast service, FREE fast WiFi which is great for catching up on a little work if needed. Sofas that will sleep 2 in the living room with black out shades all around to keep the early morning sun out. A large walkout deck provides lounging and outside dining opportunities while taking in views of the ocean. Just steps away from the beach with no major roads to cross. Great location close to shopping, bars, and restaurants; Crabcake Factory and Green Turtle are both within a 5 minute walking distance! Linen Package included for completed bookings at least 30 hours before check-in day and time (see details below). Unit 2 is located on the 2nd floor.

people (*NOTE: If you have more than 6 and are using the pullout sofa bed you need to bring Queen sheets for it and towels for the extra people).
