Located on 125th street, this condo offers a quiet, family-friendly beach experience without the noise and crowds typical of the boardwalk beaches. Beach chairs are included in your rental. Umbrella rentals are available directly in front of beach access.

Primary bedroom features a king bed with a full en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers one queen bed and a single bunk with trundle bed, providing space for up to 5. There is also a queen sleeper sofa located in the living room.
Kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, dishware/flatware.
Close proximity to Northside Park makes walks and playground visits a breeze. A number of restaurants are also within walking distance, including Ocean City favorites Uber Bagel, Higgins Crab House, Tail Chasers, and Dumsers.
Includes one reserved parking spot. First come, first served additional “reserved” spot available as well. Abundant free street parking is also nearby!
