The condo has one bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. You'll enjoy 2 full bathrooms, one with a spacious stand-up shower and the other with a bathtub. Take advantage of the balcony for morning coffee or an evening nightcap. From there you'll get a peek of the ocean and hear the crashing of the waves. A walk to the beach for a morning sunrise or a day of fun is a quick one which makes it easier for carrying beach gear or a quick trip back for lunch and a bathroom break.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit for guest use. Wi-Fi is available for your streaming needs or for those that may be "working from home".

* This condo is on the 2nd floor. This is an elevator building.
*Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 42nd street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* One numbered parking spot is provided in an uncovered lot; additional open street parking is available
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
