Stunning 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house. Full Central A/C throughout home.
Huge rooms with plenty of room to entertain. Spacious Living Room and mahogany decks on both 1 and 2 levels. Luxury eat in kitchen top of line Thermador appliances including a large gas stove. Kitchen has 2 large sliders which lead to upper deck with 6 person dining table and 2 lounge chairs. The upper deck has a large Weber Grill. The large master suite has massive master bathroom with huge walk in shower and separate sculptural soaking tub. Additional half bathroom on second floor situated between the Kitchen and Living Room. 1st Floor has 3 additional bedrooms and full bathroom. 1st floor bedrooms have easy access to lower decks with two doors front door leading to front lower deck and rear door to new Trex deck with 15x8 heated swim spa and tiled outdoor shower with rain head shower and separate wand to make rinsing sand off easy. The heated swim spa has two seats which have multiple jets for full body relaxation as well as a deeper portion of the spa that has swim jets where you can endlessly swim against the jetted current.
Ideally located on border of Ocean Beach and Corneille Estates allows for close beach access without restrictions of Ocean Beach. Beach access is on end of block, walk about 50 feet to your right once at the beach and your in Corneille Estates and then you can drink and eat on the beach.
Full garage with bikes, wagons, umbrellas, and beach chairs. Directly across the home is the Woodhull School which has a full basketball court and very large playground. Perfect for kids. In addition on the opposite corner of our block and midway is a baseball field which is available for public use.
High speed Wifi throughout home and also covers you while on outdoor decks. Dish Network TV in all bedrooms, living room and Kitchen. Sonos sound throughout home. One room has a portable Sonos Move speaker, so you can take your music to outdoor decks. Living room has 65 inch Samsung 4K TV, Master Bedroom has 55 inch Samsung 4K TV, 3 remaining bedrooms (on 1st floor) have 43 inch Samsung 4k TVs. Kitchen has 55 inch Samsung Frame TV. In addition all TVs are smart TVs if you want to use your own streaming services.
Laundry Room on 1st floor with washer and dryer and sink.
2nd Floor Living Room has several board games and children's toys available for use.
Ocean Beach is home to this vacation home. Cherry Grove Community House and Theatre and Bay Shore Historical Society are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Bay Shore Mini Golf and CM Performing Arts Center.
