Featuring 3,000 sf, Casa Mirabella boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The house was totally remodeled in 2022 and professionally decorated with furnishings from the Atlanta Designers’ Market. The artwork is hand-painted and selected always to keep the theme of the house in mind. The showers are warm and inviting; and, the beds are soft and comfortable - just the ticket after a long day of showing. Had a hot day at the show? Enjoy the screened pool with its sun shelf and lounge chairs. Had a chilly day at the show? The fire pit will welcome you and your friends to sit a minute and chat about the day.
The large kitchen/ bar area in the house can seat four. Close to the bar area is seating for four more, all under pretty pendants which add an air of design sophistication. Two refrigerators are in the house as well as the latest in appliances. The kitchen, bar area, and laundry all have hand-painted Tabarka tile from California and warm chestnut-colored cabinets.
The large open living area features a 75-inch TV which is big enough to be seen from the kitchen. Under the TV is a Sonos sound bar that provides glorious music in the house or under the lanai.
Three bedrooms feature carved chests and interesting beds. Bedding pillows are custom designed for each bedroom, and cashmere or hand-loomed throws are provided. Bathrooms have niches and benches with one bathroom having direct access to the pool area.
The Master bedroom has a king sleigh bed which has been custom painted as well as mood lighting. The adjoining bathroom features a soaking tub, two sinks, a shower, and a small chandelier. The Master also has his and her closets and plenty of drawer space. Sitting away from the other bedrooms it can become an oasis after a long day at the horse park.
Casa Mirabella is 18 minutes from the World Equestrian Center and 19 minutes from the HITS show grounds. It sits on one of the most beautiful and well-established horse farm areas in Marion County. Getting to downtown Ocala is quick and easy with I-75 a mere five minutes from the farm.
