Enjoy this beautiful home with high ceilings, open concept kitchen, living room and dining room while also having privacy in your bedrooms via a split plan feature of the house. You have access to the lanin and backyard as well as the laundry. Big smart TV is situated in the living room for entertainment.
The space
Master room is reserved for spouses or one guest or those who want to share a room
Two rooms upon request if the reservation is made for 2 guests. Beyond 2 guests, guests automatically have access to the second bedroom.

The house has 3 bedrooms but only two are available for guests use (please see details above) The third is used for storage purposes and guests are not allowed inside. It will be locked.
Guest access
When the listing is booked for two guests, they will have access to the master bedroom only unless specified or requested. For example if there are two friends or siblings and they want separate rooms, it must be communicated and requested. partners/spouses usually only get the master bedroom unless special accommodations are needed.

Beyond 2 guests, the second room is automatically included in the reservation.

Third room will remain locked and is not for guests. This room is used for storage purposes only.
Other things to note
For your information in case a guest has checked in at a later date or time let say a next day at night check in, there will be no discount as is guest’s responsibility to plan accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
