Attractive large apartment on horse farm. Property has beautiful old pine and oak trees and sits 1/4 off the road for peace and quiet. 1 bedroom has a 4 poster queen bed. The second bedroom has a screened area with queen bed and dresser. There is also a full size futon and a queen sofa bed in the living area. There is a lovely large eating area adjacent to the kitchen. In the bathroom there is a shower/ bath tub and a washer and dryer. Our newly renovated, pet friendly, apartment is located in the heart of horse country. It is less than 2 miles from Route 75 and close to HITS, World Equestrian Center South and the Chi institute.The large apartment has a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom and living room and comfortably sleeps eight. There is a automatic gated quarter mile sand driveway leading to our farm.
There is a $50 pet fee. Pets must be walked on lease and poop picked up. All my listings are pet friendly and regretfully pets have hair. I work VERY hard to make sure there is no hair left from the previous pet but it is almost impossible to have no hair. I no longer allow pets on the beds but hair gets everywhere.

Located in Ocala, this vacation home is in a rural area. Golden Ocala Golf Course and Ocala National Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Silver Springs State Park and O'Neill BOPODO Conservation Easement.
