A memorable vacation awaits at Leisure Lake, a two-story lakefront retreat complete with a private dock—perfect for bringing your boat! Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the deck while taking in the serene lake views, then fire up the private gas grill for a barbecue lunch. After a day spent swimming or boating, unwind back at home with a soothing soak in the private hot tub.
Inside, the open-concept living space greets you with a warm and inviting ambiance. For indoor fun, one of the bedrooms features an air hockey table, while the living area offers cable TV and stunning lake views as a backdrop. The modern kitchen has all the essentials to whip up delicious meals, and the spacious dining room table nearby is perfect for gathering everyone to share stories and favorite moments from the day.
THINGS TO KNOW
While this home offers direct lake access, the private dock is across the street.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Dock details: Guests have access to the private 14-foot, split type A dock across the street from the house. The water depth is three and a half feet and no vessel may exceed 26 feet in length, except pontoon boats which may not exceed 30 feet. Ropes and other equipment is not provided, and boats should not be tied on the skinny side of the dock. Swimming is allowed. Type A dock with 2 boat slips and 2 jet ski slips available for guest use.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Mountainside, a neighborhood in Oakland. While the natural beauty of Deep Creek Lake and Deep Creek Lake State Park can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Wisp Resort.
