Outside, you'll find a private fire pit and gas grill—ideal for evening gatherings and cookouts under the stars. Just a short walk down the path brings you to the home’s private dock, giving you easy access to Deep Creek Lake for boating, swimming, or simply soaking in the lakeside views. This property comes with private lake access and a private dock slip located at the property. Follow the path down through the wooded area to the lake. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
