Just minutes from the natural beauty of Swallow Falls State Park and Herrington Manor State Park, this charming cabin offers the perfect escape into nature while providing the comforts of home. This quaint cabin features one bedroom and one full bath, making it ideal for an intimate and peaceful stay. The surrounding natural beauty invites you to explore and reconnect with nature. Located near Swallow Falls State Park and Herrington Manor State Park, you'll have easy access to scenic hiking trails and breathtaking waterfalls. Whether you're into fishing, hiking, or simply soaking in the beauty of the great outdoors, you'll find plenty of opportunities for adventure and relaxation. This home is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee) and does not have internet. Max. parking spaces: 2
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed.
WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy.)
WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info. [If you do not receive it by noon that day, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it please call us directly to ensure a smooth check-in].
