Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $600 odor removal and furniture cleaning fee.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors. COPS will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are NOT allowed.

✔ Exterior of property security cameras actively recording video and audio, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

✔ Noise monitors in place, to keep an eye on noise levels. This actively records noise decimal levels, it does not record audio or video. This has been put in place to reduce neighbor complaints, parties, and damage to property. If noise level persist after warnings it will result in immediate eviction.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. You can feel comfortable knowing that our cleaners follow the complete procedure to ensure that our units are entirely disinfected, and sanitized, adhere to coronavirus prevention procedures, wipe all doors and keypads, and keep our environment clean.

✔ All guests must be listed on the reservation. Per our community guidelines, only two visitors are allowed.

✔ Two small cars or 1 big car can fit in driveway otherwise there is free street parking, first-come, first-serve.

✔ Please keep all of the doors shut for little critters. We don't want them making their way into the property and keep the heat In.
