Situated at the back of the property behind an Edwardian duplex in a prime Oakland location.

This charming cottage gets a lot of privacy and is walking distance to local hospitals, shops & restaurants on Piedmont Avenue and Temescal and to the MacArthur BART station to get to downtown San Francisco in 17 minutes.

Cottage Features: Fully stocked kitchen, Fast Wi-Fi, Central heat and AC, 50" Smart TV, workspaces, a private deck with dining for four & a hammock. Off Street Parking for 1 car.

The entrance is on street level, you will walk into the foyer which features
- Counter height table with 2 chairs
- Chair by the door so you can put on your shoes before going outside
- Hooks & a shelf - for convenient key storage

Adjoining the foyer is the living room which has
- 50" smart TV
- couch to kick back & relax

Off of the kitchen is the bedroom with a queen-size bed and a pull-out twin-size trundle bed, along with a door that leads to the deck with an outdoor dining area and a hammock to relax.

The bathroom is on the other side of the kitchen and has a tub, shower, vanity, and toilet. We have stocked the bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper.

The 2nd bedroom is off of the living room and features a comfortable queen-size bed.

The 3rd bedroom includes a spacious closet, two large windows that fill the room with natural light, and a comfortable queen-size bed.

On the deck, there is a hammock and a table with 4 chairs for an additional dining option and a nice place to enjoy the amazing Oakland weather.

There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All bookings are required to purchase rental damage protection without exception.

Located in Oakland, this cottage is in the city center. Pier 39 and Embarcadero Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Oakland Zoo and Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. Looking to enjoy an event or a game? See what's going on at Oracle Park or Chase Center. Motor boating offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking nearby.
