The mountain home features a panoramic view of mountains on either side of the house. Comes with recently renovated rooms, a brand-new Kitchen, and completely renovated Bathrooms. Each room has been carefully decorated keeping your long-term vacation stays in mind, stocked, and sanitized.

The house is only 15 min away from Yosemite South Gate. No reservation is required if you leave the house on or before 4:40 AM in the morning, or after 3:45 PM in the afternoon.
Please abide by the house rules to keep this house beautiful and serene:

- QUIET HOURS START EARLY on the mountains - Please respect the noise curfew of 9:00 p.m. Please tone down all outdoor sounds and lights in honor of the local laws after 9 PM.
- STRICTLY NO PARTIES or events - Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional guest would need to be disclosed before check-in, and would be charged at $25 per guest per night. Any failure to disclose and abide by this rule would cause penalties to be charged to the Security Deposit.
- ABSOLUTELY NO Smoking, Vaping or 420 allowed anywhere inside the property or in areas that are prone to fire hazards. Please smoke responsibly at least 25 feet from the property where there's no risk of fire.
- ANY USE OF WEAPON or UNAUTHORIZED TOOLs is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result to forfeiting of the Security Deposit.
- NO OPEN FLAMES or candles are allowed on the property. Fire is outside only inside the propane fire pit outdoors. Please check San Joaquin Valley Air District for daily fire regulations.
- PET FEE is $120 Per Pet: Only small pets less than 40-45 lbs and crate-trained, are allowed in the property. Pet owners are required to disclose at the time of reservation or soon immediately afterwards. And take utmost care of the property, and minimize exposure to carpeted areas.
- We would really appreciate it if you could turn off all the lights and heating when you leave the house each day, and upon check out.
- Please take out the trash and throw it in the garbage bin placed opposite to the garage. Please take out your trash and throw it in the green dumpster which is in front of the garage. Please make sure you close the bear-proof latches on the bin.
- Please put the dishes in the dishwasher and start it on checkout.
- Please leave all the towels on top of the washing machine.
- Please do not flush anything except the toilet paper provided. Even if it says "flushable," do not flush it.
- Please report damages Immediately.
- During the summer season we do get our fair share of mosquitoes and other bugs outdoors. We regularly perform pest treatment and have placed zappers at the house. However, we recommend carrying a bug spray to have a comfortable outdoor experience.
