• All waste including diaper pail and dog waste bin, must be removed from the premises and left inside the waste and recycle bins located inside the garage.
• If the hot tub is left in unusable conditions, we will charge a one time dump fee of $290. if the hot tub keys are lost, a replacement fee for all keys in the lockbox will be required.
• Additional fees will apply for any unauthorized late checkout beginning at 10:05 a.m., charged at a rate of $35 per cleaning staff member for each 30-minute interval.
