Enjoy the beautiful Southern California weather with long walks on the sand, bike riding, dining on the harbor, or relaxing while grilling on our large front patio. Our home was built in 1923 with 2 large comfortable bedrooms added on upstairs. We have a fireplace, large lovely patio and a garage for convenient parking. Our cozy home is on a street with many full time residents who are friendly and quiet. You will quickly realize everything you could need is within walking distance or a short bike ride away. Winter in Newport brings lovely sunny weather and very few people. You will be under 2 hours from San Diego, Santa Barbara, Big Bear Skiing, nice public golf courses and 30 min to Disneyland and other theme parks. Come and enjoy a wonderful get away!

Newport Pier and Huntington Beach Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Crystal Cove State Park and Orange County Great Park.
