Large Private Home formerly known as the SeaSpray Inn and featured on the reality television show "The Vineyard", this large Victorian cottage built in 1872 , is perfectly situated at the head of Waban Park- a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to town. From the large porch that wraps around three sides of the house, you and your guests can enjoy the expansive views of the park and of Nantucket Sound beyond, and the fireworks, Illumination Week. The seven bedrooms each have a distinctive feel and personality. Both master bathrooms have been recently renovated.
The house is just a short walk from the beach, and from Circuit Avenue at the center of Oak Bluffs and provides easy access to public tennis and basketball courts, the new bowling alley and entertainment center and numerous bike paths.
Rentals are Sunday to Sunday.
Located in Oak Bluffs, this vacation home is in the city center and on the waterfront. Cottage Museum and Martha's Vineyard Film Center are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Circuit Avenue and Main Street. Traveling with kids? Consider Flying Horses Carousel and Oak Bluffs Fishing Pier. Scuba diving and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and horse riding nearby.
