You'll be two blocks from the edge of the Oak Bluffs Harbor and only half a mile from East Chop and Oak Bluffs Town Beaches.

An ideal destination for family vacations, this home seamlessly blends its Victorian character with modern amenities to make guests feel right at home.

The first floor was recently renovated to create a bright, polished, and open living space. Come home from a day at the beach and relax with a book in hand from the home's library while the kids are entertained by one of the provided games, or settle in to watch a DVD on the flatscreen cable TV. HVAC systems throughout the house makes this home a perfect getaway year-round. Please note to return the remote to its correct location upon check-out. The second floor living room is well-suited for video gaming with a large flatscreen TV and two sofas for comfort.

Between the kitchen counter and the dining room table, you'll have indoor seating for 12 - but just outside, you can recline on the front porch, use the charcoal and electric grills to prepare seafood feasts, and enjoy your creations at the patio table on the deck.

You'll find delicious seafood at Ocean View Restaurant and Tavern just a few doors down, but you'll also have use of a sparkling gourmet kitchen. Begin each morning with French-pressed coffee, fresh fruit smoothies, bacon, and eggs - and leave the plates for the dishwasher as you head outside.

Grab the six beach chairs and umbrellas and walk the short distance to East Chop Beach or simply watch your children play tag in the securely fenced yard. There's even a fully enclosed outdoor shower to help you rinse off the sand and salt from the beach.

Additional amenities include WiFi throughout, and a private washer and dryer for your convenience.

Please note, there is a sprinkler system that does on early in the morning.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Trinity Park Tabernacle and Cottage Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Inkwell Beach and Long Point Wildlife Refuge.
