Fantastic holiday house located by the sea on the small island Håkøya. Would you like to visit Tromsø, and have the nature and the sea as your nearest neighbour, this is the place for you. Enjoy the city life in Tromsø, or have a nice quiet meal in the midnightsun by the campfire at the shoreline – the choice is yours!
In the summer you can see the midnight sun, and in the winter season you often see the Aurora Borealis from one of our two balconies.
This is a light and modern house, fully equipped. Kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee machine, wine cabinet and a big refrigerator.

You have the sun 24-hours in the summer and it can be enjoyed outside on one of our comfortable outdoor seating areas.

Located in Tromsø, this guesthouse is in a rural area and by the ocean. Andreas Aagaard House and Skansen are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Fjellheisen and Tromsø Alpine Park. Tromsø Wilderness Center and Polar-Alpine Botanical Gardens are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for outdoor excitement like hiking/biking trails.
