Our home is a much loved and well-maintained 2-story on a family-friendly cul-de-sac in Marvin Beach with beautiful gardens, a stone fire pit, and a spacious floor plan. Our amazing location is an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, marinas, parks, SONO, Mr. Frosty, and Metro-North.

-Outdoor stone fire-pit with Adirondack chairs, new Weber grill, lawn games, and large outdoor dining table
-Vegetable garden with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and raspberries for picking
-Beautiful garden in bloom with happy flowers and roses to be enjoyed, expansive front lawn
-Alarm system, coded front door, quiet and safe neighborhood
-New washer and dryer with a quick wash drawer in the basement

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in East Norwalk, a neighborhood in Norwalk. Stepping Stones Museum for Children and Country Club of Fairfield are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit The SoNo Collection and Westport Farmers Market. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Total Mortgage Arena or Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater.
