Living room with brick fireplace, cathedral ceiling and comfy furniture; fully equipped, the kitchen has lots of space and opens to the yard boasting a nice patio area with a gas grill, casual seating and private outdoor shower. The open living area of the home includes a dining area or eat outside! Three bedrooms, a den and two baths; washer and dryer. Fresh linens and bath towels are provided and yes, there is air conditioning for those days when you need it. Owner provides 2 beach chairs. Don't feel like driving? The shuttle bus to town stops right out front of Highland Acres! Please, no pets, no smoking.
