Beautiful new construction home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom features a king bed, en suite bathroom, TV and a large walk-in closet. Second bedroom features a queen bed with a dresser and a closet. Third bedroom features a twin bed with a pull out twin trundle bed, dresser and closet. Open concept living, kitchen and dining room. The garage is reserved for host storage. There is plenty of off-street parking on the driveway. Grocery stores, restaurants, Target and Walmart are all within a 10-15 minute drive. The property is within close proximity to I-75, located about 35 minutes away from Venice & Englewood Beach. Nearest airports: Punta Gorda (15 min.), Fort Myers (45min.) and Sarasota (1 hour).
North Port is home to this vacation home. Deep Creek Golf Club and Treasure Lanes are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Cultural Center of Charlotte County and Kidstar Park. Peace River Botanical & Sculpture Gardens and North Port Aquatic Center are also worth visiting.
