Beautiful 3ba/2ba house located on a very quiet street of North Port. Large heated salt water pool & spacious deck. Fully stocked kitchen-open and airy with high ceilings and a very private and quiet backyard. Smart Tvâs in each room. Less then 10 minute drive to hop on i75 and just a few minutes from shopping/necessities in North Port.
10 minutes to Warm Mineral Springs. Multiple Gulf Beaches within a 30min drive. Beach equipment provided!

Master bedroom consists of a king sized bed, a huge ensuite bathroom with large closets and some big sliding doors to the pool deck.
The other side of the house hosts the two addition bedrooms. One queen bedroom and two twins in the other room. A second bathroom with tub/shower is situated between.
The couch in the living room pulls out to a queen to sleep two more if necessary. All rooms have a smart tv. A spacious pool deck with lots of places to cozy up after a swim in the warm salt water pool, and even a fireplace to sit around in the evenings.
Laundry room is tucked away behind the kitchen. Dining table can seat up to 10. The garage is home to some bikes and beach gear for your trips to some of the most beautiful beaches in the US đď¸
The back yard is private and fully fenced off.
Our street is very quiet. Seldom traffic, and you may even see our neighbourhood friendly tortoise đ˘ pass by mid-day!
Located in North Port, this vacation home is near theme parks. A. C. Freeman House and Punta Gorda History Park are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Morgan Family Community Center and Heron Creek Golf Course. Traveling with kids? Consider North Port Aquatic Center, or check out an event or a game at Charlotte Sports Park.
