This beautiful direct oceanfront 1st floor unit has a fantastic unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is located right in the heart of North Myrtle Beach.

The master bedroom has ETHAN ALLAN bedroom set, mini -blinds with black-out curtains newer carpet and master bath.

Second bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a full bed with mini blinds and black-out curtains

Kitchen is spacious, fully equipped, with all new appliances and breakfast bar. Dining and living area are combined with ceiling fan, new furniture, carpeting throughout entire condo, new ceramic tile in kitchen, bathrooms and foyer. Two new 50 inch smart TV, 1 In living area, the second in master bedroom.

The unit has an oversized balcony overlooking the oceanfront pool.

The oceanfront pool has sundeck, lounge chairs and outside shower. No waiting on elevators either, balcony has direct access to pool and ocean. Very convenient.
