This third-floor three-bedroom condo features an updated kitchen and bathrooms, washer and dryer, tile flooring throughout the main living areas and kitchen and a private oceanfront balcony. The unit has a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa and flatscreen tv as well as a sliding glass door outside to the balcony with ample seating.
