Close to the metro station, you are 10 minutes from Universal Studios, 15 minutes from Hollywood, and all the major LA attractions including the Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory, the Walk of Fame, and local museums. While centrally located, the neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly with ample street parking.
Please note there is a private unoccupied guesthouse behind the property that is not for rent. It does not share the pool or outdoor common areas.
Located in Valley Glen, a neighborhood in North Hollywood, this vacation home is in a rural area and near a metro station. Universal CityWalk and The Grove are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Universal Studios Hollywood and Warner Brothers Studio.
