The main house comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests, while the separate "Honeymoon Cottage," perfect for four, can be rented for $3,500 a week. The property has been thoughtfully updated to be ADA-compliant, featuring a spacious downstairs master bedroom with a King bed, wheelchair access, and a large, modern ADA-qualified bathroom.
