The South Cottage is a private one-bedroom lake retreat designed for comfort and convenience. Whether you're visiting for fishing, wine trails, beach days, or a relaxing getaway, you'll have everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Guests have full access to the entire cottage and outdoor space.
You’ll also enjoy access to a private beach just a 1-minute walk away. Beach chairs are available for your use.
Parking is available on-site.
The South Cottage is conveniently located near Lake Erie and offers easy access to everything North East has to offer. Guests can enjoy private beach access just a short walk away, visit local wineries, fish at Twenty Mile Creek, or spend time exploring the charming downtown district filled with restaurants, shops, and seasonal events.
A car is the best way to experience the area. Grocery stores, restaurants, wineries, and local attractions are all just minutes away. For a day trip, downtown Erie and popular destinations like Presque Isle State Park, Waldameer, the Erie Zoo, and the expERIEnce Children's Museum are about a 30-minute drive from the property.
The South Cottage is one of three separate vacation rentals located on the property. While your cottage is completely private, you may occasionally see other guests in the shared parking area or common outdoor areas.
Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM to ensure a relaxing stay for everyone on the property.
Government-issued ID is required before check-in for safety and security purposes.
Located in North East, this vacation home is on a lake. North East Historical Society and Lake Shore Railway Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Freeport Beach and Burch Farms Country Market.
