Ride the Conway Scenic Railroad, plan a visit to Cranmore Mountain (just minutes away!!) with lots of family fun things to do or spend the day hiking at Presidential Range. Whatever you choose our townhouse is in the heart of it all!

2,008 square foot luxury townhome with 4 bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Enjoy the beautiful view of Mt. Cranmore in the back yard and Cathedral Ledge in the front. Centrally located, it’s easy to enjoy all the fun activities Mount Washington Valley has to offer. Just minutes to Storyland!! Minutes to The Village!! Whitaker Woods trail system crosses through the property. Wild Cat, Attitash, Echo Lake State Park (a small fee per person) and Settlers Green Outlets, are also within a short drive.
The upstairs level includes 3 bedrooms with vaulted ceilings. Master bedroom has a King bed, a crib (crib blanket in hallway closet) and a master bathroom. Second bedroom has a Queen bed with a walk in closet and third bedroom has a Twin trundle bed with closet. The two bedrooms share the hallway full bathroom. **New curtains just added to each bedroom for added privacy!!**
The main floor includes a spacious living room with a gas fireplace to keep you cozy and a bench for more sitting room. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout with spacious floor plan that opens to a full dining room and large kitchen with granite counter tops and a half bath.
The spacious family room is located on the finished lower-level with a full bath. It is equipped with a twin trundle, pull out Queen sleeper sofa used mainly for extra sitting area, two leather futons and a futon-like sofa. Also acts as the 4th bedroom, when needed. Great space for the kids.

Wonderful features include top of the line appliances and finishes, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, gas fireplace, central air/heat.
Amenities include: 1 car garage, 1 parking space in driveway and an adjacent area for more parking, which is provided on a first come first serve basis, a Keurig coffee machine, 10 cup Bella non-filter coffeemaker, wine glasses, washer/dryer, dishwasher, WIFI, hair dryers, children’s cups and utensils, highchairs, 2 pack ‘n plays and a crib (bring your own linen for these).

Located in Intervale, a neighborhood in North Conway, this vacation home is near theme parks and in the mountains. Cranmore Mountain Resort and Attitash Mountain Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Conway Scenic Railway and Story Land. Traveling with kids? Consider MWV Children's Museum, or check out an event or a game at Saco Valley Sports Center. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
