THE PROPERTY
Wake up to a hot cup of coffee or tea and cook breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. The newly renovated kitchen features granite countertops, a large island with bar sink, and everything you need to enjoy a meal including pots/pans, toaster, coffee maker, dinnerware, etc.

In the spacious living room, everyone can relax on the reclining leather sofas and chairs while taking in views of the White Mountain Forest through the floor to ceiling panoramic windows. Stay entertained with high-speed WiFi, a 55" flat screen TV and full access to Apple TV for Netflix, Prime Video, etc. You'll also find an assortment of games and books, along with a full size corn hole set up in the basement!

Off of the living area, you'll find a 3-season porch and cedar log picnic table that draws everyone together for family-style meals and libations. The back deck is equip with outdoor seating and a grill for the perfect cookout experience. Just off the deck, you'll find the backyard where you can play yard games or head straight to the hiking trails and waterfalls from the Diana's Baths trailhead that's just through the woods.

On the main floor, there is one bedroom with a king size bed and an attached full bath with stand up shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms, with an adjoining full bath that features a stand up shower and an 8-jet jacuzzi tub.

THE LOCATION
This home is a part of a highly-rated private neighborhood association in North Conway. The townhouse is a duplex condominium, attached to one other unit. The driveway is shared, so we ask that you respect parking with 2 vehicles (or three parked very tightly) on the left side of the driveway, in front of the unit.

**A/C floor units are installed on both 1st and 2nd floors seasonally.

Walk to Diana's Baths: We have a private trail (~50 yards) through the backyard woods that will bring you to the Diana's Baths trailhead. This 1/2 mile, flat family-friendly hike takes you to cascading waterfalls and wading pools; a great place for the entire family to cool off on a hot day.
