The house features granite countertops and tile flooring, large living room, sunroom and spacious yard. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a Queen bed and en suite bathroom. Upstairs are Bedrooms 2 and 3, each with two Twin beds and Bedroom 4 with a Queen bed. All four bedrooms have window AC units. Spend your days at the private beach or take a stroll through downtown Chatham which is only 2 miles away. Enjoy your evenings with a cocktail in the sunroom, or out on the newly expanded deck overlooking the large yard perfect for those traveling with kids!
