Welcome to this adorable North Charleston home! This property is recently renovated and has so much to offer! It'is close to Charleston attractions and event venues. Open the doors and you'll find Bohemian furnishings, a well stocked kitchen perfect for all your cooking needs, We love the diversity found in the area and guest feedback has been great, the neighborhood is up and coming. You will find homes that are remodeled, some in the process and some who could use a little love. We are proud to host here, it is a gem and we look forward to sharing it with you.
Rental Agreement will contain house rules- this must be signed and returned the day of booking. No exceptions.
Security Deposit: $250- returned as soon as the property is checked after departure as long as the property is in the same condition as when you arrive. :-)
Ashley Heights, a neighborhood in North Charleston, is home to this vacation home. Jenkin's Orphanage and Colonial Dorchester State Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Topgolf and Golf Club at Wescott Plantation.
