> Within a 1 minute of walk, it also has a small children park with a playground and access to unmarked trails around the lake.

> Newly renovated with modern touch, its large windows are perfectly situated to let in lots of natural lights.

> It has a Queen sized bed with a premium mattress and a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sofabed for the extra guest.

> A 55" smart UHD tv is mounted on a full motion mount and can be relocated to watch either from the sofa or from the bed.

> Kitchenette is equipped with all essentials, including a refrigerator, microwave, bread toaster & Keurig coffee maker with plenty of K-cup coffee pods of various flavors. Please note that there is no stove and cooking is not possible.

> The bathroom is modern and clean, with a luxurious shower and plenty of towels.

> We provide all the toiletries and linen for your stay.

> Also be aware that there is a security camera located at the outside porch and it is for your safety. We do not monitor them 24/7 but this is something there for just in case anything happens.
