The entire apartment is yours! It has a balcony with a westerly facing view that overlooks your own two private parking spots. Gain entrance to both the main house door and your own private flat with keyless entry.

When we underwent renovations we put a lot of thought into what you would appreciate and what you might want. The chef's kitchen comes fully stocked with everything that you need to create a special meal, including pots and pans, plates, silverware, glassware, toaster, blender, tea pot and coffee maker. It's also stylishly equipped with a stainless steel farmhouse sink, gas stove, dishwasher, double sided refrigerator, and beautiful quartz countertops.

Both bathrooms deliver a luxurious experience! The main bath has a decadent shower with an additional detachable hand held shower head, a gorgeous pebble shower floor and a fog free mirror. The ensuite King Spa features a stunning deep soaker tub, rain shower head, a marble vanity, fog free mirror and a magnification mirror to make getting ready for your day, or unwinding from an epic adventure, that much more special.

North Bergen might have everything! It certainly has way to may benefits to list. It is considered a highly walkable town. The house is a 3 minute walk to a popular steakhouse, a 2 block walk to the corner store and a 4 block walk to the local diner.

We're also a short drive away from 5 star restaurants (on the Jersey side), epic views of NYC, the attractions at The American Dream and world class parks with jaw-dropping views including Frank Sinatra Park in Hoboken and Liberty State Park in Jersey City.

The best part about our neighborhood is its proximity to NYC. A 15 minute bus ride will leave you in the heart of Manhattan. Better still, a 15 minute bus ride will have you back in your safe North Bergen Home Away from Home. North Bergen is THE safest town in Hudson County!
