This is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath newly constructed home located in Hammond's Ferry, which is a riverfront community. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and the neighborhood is adjacent to the River Golf Club and is an easy 5.5 mile drive to the Augusta National. The open floor plan with the kitchen, living room and dining is ideal for groups. The large kitchen island has seating for 4, and dining table seating for 4. The living room has a large 65" flat screen TV. For outside relaxation, there is a rocking chair front porch. The 3 bedrooms each have their own private tiled bathroom. The downstairs master suite comes with a queen bed, a Peloton bike, and a bathroom with a spa shower. There is also a powder room downstairs near the kitchen. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms: one with a queen bed, and the other with 2 twin beds.
Hammond's Ferry, a neighborhood in North Augusta, is home to this vacation home.
