The space
A fully renovated 3 bedrooms, a full newly remodeled bath with a walk in shower plus a newly remodeled half bath. A well equipped kitchen ideal for entertaining plus washer and dryer on the main level. This home was fully remodeled in 2021 including kitchen, baths, paint, appliances, and systems.
Important notes: The maximum guest allowed is 6. This limit will be striclty enforced. Also note, no parties or events are allowed on property. Violation of either rule will result in eviction with no refunds.
The detached garage guest house is sometimes occupied by owner or their guests and is not included in the property rental. The garage apartment has its own driveway off of Ponca St (the home sites on a corner lot).
Norman is home to this vacation home. Jimmie Austin Golf Course and Headington Family Tennis Center are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Lake Thunderbird State Park and Little River State Park.
