This Beautiful home is Water Front and sits directly on the water of the
Chesapeake Bay. You can enjoy your own private deck/dock for fishing or
mooring your boat.
This cottage offers 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms and because it sits directly on
the water - it's perfect for fishermen and wildlife lovers as birds, geese and
duck are all around.
This home features a downstairs Master bedroom with 1 King Size Bed and a
second bedroom with 2 queen size beds. The master Bedroom on the upper floor
has wonderful views of the Bay and features a King Size bed. The 3rd bedroom
features 2 queen beds.
A wonderful outdoor deck overlooks the Bay and makes for a great place to
enjoy coffee on cool mornings or shade on the warm ones. It is also a
wonderful platform from where you can swim and play as well as launch the
kayaks.
We have a large living room with a large Smart TV and High Speed WiFi for all
your streaming needs.
This home has central heat/air; dishwasher, 3 full bathrooms, a downstairs
Master bedroom, decks overlooking the bay, a full and fantastic kitchen
featuring stainless steel appliances with a gas cooktop range.
Fish from your backyard or on the fantastic private deck.
We are pet friendly with a small pet fee.
This is a residential property situated in a residential neighborhood.
Perfect for a family, or small subdued family gatherings. We have neighbors
very close by who assist us in monitoring this home. Anything resembling a
party will be subject termination of reservation with no refund.
This is a Family/Residential unit and area. We must respect our neighbors.
Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.
If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300
Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture
An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding
or furniture
Extra Charges:
Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if
available)
Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at
10:05 AM
Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!
This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet
hours begin at 9 PM.
Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Willoughby Spit, a neighborhood in Norfolk. Fort Monroe and Fort Monroe National Monument are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oceanview Fishing Pier and Children's Museum of Virginia. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Hampton Coliseum or Hampton Convocation Center. With kayaking and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
