A beautiful electric fireplace that changes colors is available for your enjoyment! Open to the living room is a spacious bar area where you can enjoy a nice glass of wine while looking out the window or winding down for the evening. Off the bar area is a cozy little balcony with table and chairs. Also open to the living room you will notice the striking dining room with stylish hand crafted accent wall and modern fixtures. The adjoining fully renovated kitchen boasts all new appliances, brass fixtures, and coffee bar with complimentary k-cups. You will notice attention to detail everywhere!
Downstairs on the bottom level you will find the third bedroom with a comfy Queen Size bed, flatscreen tv, and another full private bathroom attached with a lovely walk in shower. Each full bathroom comes with all you need- a full set of toiletries, hair dryers, and towels. The laundry room with full washer and dryer will be found on this level. From there you can access the large backyard with a deck, pergola with large seating area, and propane grill. Lastly you will find a large garage space that has been converted into your very own hang out spot with a brand new pool table! Perfect for friends or family looking to relax and have some fun. The garage also has a large flat screen tv for your enjoyment and all the beach equipment you will need to hit the water- beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, beach cart, and coolers!
Right across the street is the public beach access point- just a 3 minute walk! Also within walking distance is a public boat launch for those looking to spend time out on the water. A couple local favorite restaurants are just steps away as well as your local 7/11.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Willoughby Spit, a neighborhood in Norfolk. Norfolk Premium Outlets and Waterside District are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Chesapeake Bay and Buckroe Beach and Park. Virginia Zoo and Norfolk Botanical Garden are not to be missed. With kayaking, scuba diving, and parasailing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
