Large boat dock with water available to dock your boat during your stay. Sit back on the dock and enjoy the view within a beautifully manicured mangrove canopy on the bay. Both the main home and guest apartment have hurricane/impact windows and an automatic back up generator with a 500 gallon buried propane tank in the event of power loss. House has tankless water heater and has been re plumbed with pvc.
