Niceville is a quieter area with less congestion and traffic, yet you have the convenience of being only 20 minutes away from Destin and a 15-minute boat ride to Crab Island and Harborwalk Village. Dock features: There are moorings for sailboats, a boat lift that fits up to a 25-foot bay or gulf boat (12,000 llbs max). The boat lift can be rented for $50 per day. There is a stairway into the water right outside of the home for swimming, lighting at mid-dock and end of the dock, green fishing lights on the dock for night fishing, Pole holders, benches to sit on, and a freshwater shower at the end of the dock with hot and cold water.
